David Caro David serves as president of Caro Construction Company, Inc., which he began in 1978. David provides project management leadership for the company. Rarely in the office, he is a “hands-on” working president. Though Caro Construction has project managers with many years of experience, Owners like knowing that David has on-site, first hand knowledge of each ongoing project and he can be approached virtually, anytime. Born and raised in Wichita, David began working in the construction industry at age 14. He has extensive experience managing projects of all types and sizes. Scott McMullen Scott has been a Project Manager/Estimator with Caro for 4 years and has 28 years experience in the construction industry. Scott owned and operated his own woodworking business for 25 years prior to joining Caro. In addition to project management and estimating duties, Scott also oversees shop personnel. Some of Scott’s projects include: Ongoing renovations at Georgetown Assisted Living Facility, Chisholm Trail Elementary School, Kechi City Hall and Bloomenshine School in Mulvane. Terry L. Orvis Terry is a Project Manager/Estimator and has worked for Caro Construction Co. Inc. for 10 years. Terry graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He attended Kansas State University majoring in Construction Science. Terry owned and operated his own business as a General Contractor for eight years prior to joining Caro. With 34 years experience in construction, Terry has the ability to manage any project. Currently, Terry is working on White Elementary, Allen Elementary, Kechi Maintenance Facility, South High Baseball Complex and several jobs at Hiland Dairy.
